4. A clock is sold for Rs. 400
cash or for Rs. 120 as cash down payment and Rs. 336 after six months.
Find the rate of interest charged under the installment plan.

Rs. 3600 cash or Rs. 900 cash down payment followed by 5 equal monthly
installments. If the rate of interest charged under the installment plan
is 4% per month simple interest, find the amount of each installment.
